The Defense Force was lead by Empress of the Gamalatica while the soldiers, officers, crews and pilots were make up a military. The Defense Force have 3 major branch are Imperial Gamalatica Army, Imperial Gamalatica Navy and Imperial Gamalatica Air Force. The Defense Force have long engage against the Against the Blanec Movement and their Abomon Militia.
