Koscon (pronounced '/Kos'thōn/'), known in Gamalaticania as Hoeuluu, originally known in many name including the AsgaradanBaudan and Euauretharu prior before Third Global Conflict was the chaos world that located in the unknown part of Gamalatica galaxy. It's was the homeworld to Abomon species, a nasty monster that punshied by the God of The Gamalatica for their sins, as well as many demonic creature that pay their sins here. It's Main Stronghold of Against the Blanec Movement that fought the war against the Gamalatica. No weapon known is capable to destroy this planet whatever is Gamalatican or Abomon weapon is no affected to this cursed planet, as every shot was firing on this planet just simply disappear.

The planet and this system was named after Nill William's hometown in previous life. The planet is replica from Previous World which Rio was not born after Nill William have kill Rinne. The planet have fill with large number of demonic-like creature beside of Abomon such as Pretan whose are have their sins from injure the parent in previous life that eating Abomon to survive. The planet is unstable and always change to every year to each Abomon fill in this place. Before Nill William have set Abomon free from most of demonic creature, this planet was set as punishment for everyone that doing their sins and karma in previous life especially involve on the ABM group that infamously known for result in Tomoya's death. Following Nill William have free the Abomon, he have formed the Against the Blanec Movement military force in this planet. Although the surface still remain full of demons and monster, but the orbit is full of military base across the planet's ring.

The planet was completely destroyed by Great Sonogami in the Final Battle of Koscon which prevent from further Abomon to be reborn.

The planet Koscon was introduction in the first episode of the Touhou Galaxy Project. The name was based on Federal Countries's city of same name that based on real United States city known as "Boston" along with the star Muccushoketts and the moon Centralgandar was named after "Massachusetts" and "Middlesex" which Middle = Central and Sex = Gender. As these three name was the location that infamous bullies often to using as their base of operation against evil empire.

Name of Hoeuluu was a Gamalaticania word for "Hell". The early design is meant to be much like Gamindustri Graveyard from Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 much like old TGP canon. TGP Author also given a nickname of this planet as "Hell world based on Boston".

In the History of Tomoyatania, Previous World and Heinasawa Sector show that Koscon is the alternate of Previous World were Rio was not born after Rinne was killed by Nill William, opposite to Tomoyatania were Rio was born. As well as entire organic landmass was appear to be remain body of Rinne Yoshimizu to each kill by Nill William.
