The planet was served as main capital of Against the Blanec Movement to wage war against Nirvana counterpart of this planet and the rest of the galaxy. No weapon is known to capable of destroying this planet as every shot was firing on this planet just simply disappear.

The planet along with all object in this star system is named after Nill William's hometown. The planet is one of two counterpart that separate from Previous World which Nill William murder Rinne which result in Rio never born. The planet has various number of demonic-like creature beside of Abomon and the surface is very unstable and always change to every year to each Abomon fill in this place.

Prior Nill William have set Abomon free from God of the Gamalatica, this planet was served as punishment for everyone committed their sins and karma in previous life especially involve on the ABM group. Following Nill William liberate all Abomon from control, he have formed the Against the Blanec Movement military force in this planet to fight against the Gamalaticans. While the surface still remain full of demons and monster, the Abomon has built their military base across the orbit as base of operation.

The planet was completely destroyed by Great Sonogami in the Final Battle of Koscon which prevent from further Abomon to be reborn.

The planet Koscon was introduction in the first episode of the Touhou Galaxy Project. The name was based on Federal Countries's city of same name. The name of "Hoeuluu" is a Gamalaticania word for "Hell".

In the History of Goldia, Previous World and Heinasawa Sector. It was revealed that Koscon (along with Goldia) is an alternative counterpart of Previous World that Rio never born after Rinne was killed by Nill William, opposite to Goldia where Rio was born. As well as entire organic landmass was appeared to be remain body of Rinne Yoshimizu to each kill by Nill William at the end of time.
