The Yumina Project begin with Touhou Galaxy Project episode, Rinne Somnium as first media of this timeline.
The calendar of this universe was called Yumina Calendar Standard (YCS).
Overview
Background
TGP Author have been working on making a shared universe since the introduction of Rinne Somnium episode with initial name of this universe called "Yoshimizuniverse". She plan to make every previous Touhou Galaxy Project episode into a single united timeline with several retcon and change each episode. However, the timeline doesn't work well with either timeline of those series at the time which lead to delay the introduction.
While those media doesn't consider either part of universe. Yumina represent the formal timeline that tie all Yoshimizu Castle media with single, shared universe. Meaning, the fall of United Membership in Star Democratic in 2002 doesn't lead up to the story where Kotori was killed by Nill William in 2017 that result in Duchess Claire von Crosstrovia has stop the Great Celia War in next 700 million year later. However, they can be mentioned such as cause of war in Third Global Conflict was Kotori's death which Claire does learn about it.
Some character such as Shidori, Luna and Aira von Bucherregal/Tamura Hon who appear in both Touhou Galaxy Project and Afterlife Expanding has mentioned several crossing material.

The Yumina story start with P.E. 2017 with Kotori's death and rise of the Against the Blanec Movement. The earliest story is set in year P.E. 1947 with Great Rocsell Disaster as B.Y.C.S. 70. The start year of Yumina Calender start in The farthest Yumina timeline is set in Y.C.S. 700M52,517 with Matsusaka.
Every future Yoshimizu Castle media (either being family drama, action thriller, horror or slice of life) that doesn't mentioned or connect to any major media like Touhou Galaxy Project, Afterlife Expanding, and Star Democratic will mandatory by part of Yumina timeline.
