Fujikara Dinogi was Tomoya's father who married with Hatsumi Dinogi while she was 16 year old until she died in G.C. 2008 at 27 year old. He is teacher of the Tomokyo University and he have a son "Shido" and daughter "Tomoya".
After both Hatsumi have died while give a birth, and now Tomoya is passed away in tragic death by Nill William and the Against the Blanec Movement. He have heartbroken and resigned from the university due to bad health until he have passed away 15 year later.
