The God of The Gamalatica, formerly known as Lady Tomoya Dinogi was Chiyukitalian female god who protecting everyone in the Gamalatica galaxy with unlimited deity power. Prior before she was born to the Gamalatica, she is a student of Tomoeda Academy class 3-9, a writer of Galaxy of Peace novel, and she is the victim of Against the Blanec Movement.
She is a 14-year old girl from Kyotomo, Neppon born in G.C. 2008 in Dinogi family by Hatsumi before she have passed away after she have born. She is solely daughter of her family and a best student of Tomoeda Academy who have a dream to see a better place without conflict. She have start to wrote a novel since she was 8 year, she have wrote the story of Galaxy of Peace were everyone can live together without conflict and chaos. She have save a cat name Aiko from attacked by a dog and there, she have start to put her novel into a internet at 12 year old until G.C. 2022 were the tragedy is begin. One of online username from Federal Countries name "nillkuan_2001" have interesting in her novel and he want her to using her novel against the evil "Blanec" in his online group. She have refuse as she knew about the group that insulting everyone by stolen the victim's username into a hate speech meme. He have stolen her name and her novel into a hate speech meme in his online group, leading the conflict between him and her. She have do everything to protect her and her novel from be harass by ABM until she have no other option by put his name and his online group into her novel as antagonist which he saw defeme to them.
She died tragically from car accident while save her cat "Aiko" after she was bullied by Nill William and his online member. After her death, he took her novel and start to defame everything that she have wrote into a racist and insulting to everyone which leading people who saw her is a evil person that shouldn't be exist.
After she have reborn to the afterlife world as humanoid Chiyukitalian were she have offer a 2 of 3 wish to the Goddess of the Afterlife 'Chiyuki' by making the world based on her novel and become the god in this world. Although her dream and wish would not last long until Nill William free Abomon and founded Against the Blanec Movement to wage war against the Empire of Gamalatica and threaten to killing her.

She were known by most of people among the Gamalatica as "God of The Gamalatica", few people especially her friend and Nill William known her real name as "Tomoya" or her nickname "Tomo" and her formerly name "Tomoya Dinogi". Most of ABM online community have refer her as a "Dictator" in their online name for her which she generally disliked toward them.
She also dislike Nill William for called her name "Tomoya" or her full name instead of her formal name "God of The Gamalatica" since she view him is a enemy and never view him as a friend.
Behavior and Habit
Tomoya is very friendly and always cheerful. She is very creative and smart thanks to her hard work and her studies that might complex to most of student. Her favorite color is 'Light Blue'. She love to taking a bath in a bathtub much like her mother since it would reduce her strain from her tough work and school. She is very careful toward those people that attempt to trick or scam her.

Although Tomoya's physical and mental age is 14 year old girl. But her lifespan is over 2,000 year since she was born as she never old or died in old age. Although she have learn a lot of adult life (and her young life) but she never change since she died.
Family
Tomoya's family, Dinogi was normal to high wealth family. Her father, Fujikara is a teacher of Tomokyo University were her mother Hatsumi was guaranteed here. Her mother Hatsumi is a housekeeper in her house and she passed away since she given a birth to Tomoya. Her old brother Shido is always prank her especially while she is take a bath.

Tomoya Dinogi was introduction to the Touhou Galaxy Project during initial project. She was named after Tomoyo Dainouji, a character from Cardcaptor Sakura who was originally appearance as background character being mentioned by Blanec as the Empress of the Tomoyatalian Empire born in B.G.C. 46XX as the former Princess of the Chiyukitalian Empire who escape her life after fall of the empire to Ducken Empire and exlie to planet Tomoya, she eventually have uprising against the Ducken Empire with the Tomoyatalian-lead empire known as Tomoyatalian Empire and restore the peace and freedom to the galaxy from Ducken Empire control, she was later become the Empress of the Tomoyatalian Empire.

She didn't have appear in physical form until she was introduction in Touhou Galaxy Project kotori episode "Birth of Lady Tomoya Dinogi" in May 2018 as main protagonist in Kotori canon of Birth of Lady Tomoya Dinogi, replaced Kotori Hatsumi entirely.
She was based on Hatsumi Sega, a character from Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls. She is the main protagonist in first episode and the third central protagonist of Supergalatica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos. Despite this, she never appear after this episode.
