The Angel of the Gamalaticania, formerly known in two different name are Lady Kotori Hatsumi which is name given by Rinne in the Gamalaticania Universe, and her real birthname Kasami Hiiragi was Gamalatican/Gekino Bird hybrid female student of Ryoo Interstellar Academy. Prior before her death from mortal world, she is a 14-year old girl from Tomokyo, Neppon who genetic modified by a ancient race of Gekino Bird and Guardian Characters where she was created through artificial womb using her previous person, Kotora Hatsumi. She is a last Gekino Bird of her kind since her people were wiped out by Gamindustrian in a distant past. She was Rinne's childhood friend since she was 4-year old. In P.E. 2016, she was sexual assault by Nill William prior before the ABM group was founded. Nill William threaten to expose her sexual photo cause her to committing suicide which also made Rinne become depression after attempt to prevent her from doing a horrible thing. Her death made Nill William have a great ambition to created a cyberbullying online group known as "Against the Blanec Movement" that would become the eternal conflict between Rinne and Nill William which soon became the ultimate key for Previous World's destruction in Third Global Conflict.
After Rinne has successful to resolve anything in the Gamalaticania Universe, she was graduated from the afterlife world in front of Rinne to reborn as a beautiful Gekino Bird which promise to protect everyone including her childhood friend Rinne from all harm and guiding the new Guardian Character generation to live in an eternally happiness in the afterworld. It's reveal that Kotori is the last Gekino Bird of her kind.
Since her graduated, many Guardian Characters often to tell about her in the Goldia folklore as Legendary Gekino Bird who come to punished all bad Guardian Characters by teach them how to be a good person without making a same mistake again. There is a Kotori Shrine built outside of Tomokyo near Ryoo Interstellar Academy which is the location that she was studies. People often to pray a wish for her to have a happy life.

Her name is simply called Kotori which only few people especially her friend always known her name while general populance in the Gamalatica generally called her as Lady Kotori. Her full name is Kotori Hatsumi. Most of ABM online community have given her name as a "Greatest Dictator" in their online group.
Appearance
Kotori is yellow-skinned and light purple eye. She have a unique front twin-tail purple hair and a pony-tail hair with a pink bow. She have a cup of A and height at 158 centimeter similarly to her older sister Kotora.
She worn a white sailor uniform with pink-colored theme and very large brown boots.
Behavior and Habit
Prior before Kotori became a tsundere. She was very fragile, as experience to harassment and bullying in the past. She attempt to commit suicide for several time. Rinne did help her to be stronger and how to find a courage to face the horror of the world. Since then, she act as a tsundere and aggressive to hide her own weakness in the past.

After the ABM group have try to harass her for 10 year since Ryoo School Massacre. She have no empathy of killing and hanging a decapitated head of ABM online user and using as warning signs to other ABM user who try to hunt her down.
Kotori is very addict to take a bath in a bathtub much like Tomoya.
Age
Although Kotori's physical and mental age is 15 year old girl. But her lifespan is 4,805,353,528,708 year since she was born as she never old or died in old age.
She also not affected by Rio's time revert after Rinne was decapitated by Nill William. But like Rinne, she don't remember about Rinne's death.
Equipment and Ability
Kotori often using a one-handed short sword named "Hiiragira" that capable of quick decapitating an enemy's head, as well as destroying an enemy starfighter that fly below her which she generally use on her left-handed. She also using M-7 Compact Machine Gun in firefight.
Her common ability is able to throwing a sword far far away and capable of slice an enemy starfighter that above her with ease, she also have ability to recall her sword after being throw away.
After she have fulfill her wish to see a Gekino Bird and recover her true memory, she have abillty to transform herself into Gekino Bird and help the crew of CCSS Matsuzaka from Star Conflict fleet. She also has a superhuman strength that nearly unstoppable as she using the sword to slice all ABM and Star Contlict fleet in matter of minute.
Relationship
"Rinne, remember me when I protect you from being bullied? I am the one who being bullied after I save you from bullying back in the day and they start to pick on me since. I hide this from you so you won't feel sad to see this. This is why I don't want to live in this world."

Kotori did meet her back in 2016 while she was 9 year old. Rinne did prevent her from committing suicide after she was harass and sexual assault by Nill William who destroy her dream and her world that almost completely broke her heart. Rinne did taught her how to be strong and courage to conquer her own fear.
After she find her true memories that she is the Angel of the Gamalaticania Universe. She find out that she was a person that Rinne and her were childhood friend and she is the person that Rinne couldn't save from committing suicide.
Since Rinne's power can't revive a dead person, she use her all power to create her with paying of price that Kotori can't remember anything in previous life including her old name and her relationship with Rinne.
After reveal that Kotori was death all along, she was enraged on Rinne after find out that Kotori's death cause Rinne's mental breakdown. Kotori has prevent Rinne from doing a horrible thing by decapitate her head to reset the timeline over and over again until she finally remember anything about Rinne.
Her relationship with Rinne's daughter, Rio is very normal. However, she have a sense that Kotori is a Gekino Bird as she often given a question to her that she love a bird and willing to bring people to support her rally to fight against the ABM.
Although her relationship with Kanade only happen when she meet her at her shrine which she often to appear. She recognize her because she has a Yoshimizu bloodline.
Sakura
Kotori's relationship with Sakura is very difficult at start due to her shy apperance but start to get along with her after Sakura finally to talking with her.
She did meet him while she was 8 year old. She is only person who know his real name. She was sexual assault by him in September 2016 which cause her to heartbreaken and committing suicide after she was pregnant and later threaten by many ABM online member which is also main starting of hostility between Rinne and Nill William.
She have no relations with this person more than he act as her enemy since Nill William introduce her to their group as part of his sexual assault which often describe her as "Greatest Dictator".

General
Kotori Hatsumi was first introduction as the protagonist in the Kotori continuity episode of Memory of Kagami with her real name as Kasami Hiiragi (柊かさみ, Hiiragi Kasami) which is combination of Kagami and Tsukasa Hiiragi, a character from Lucky Star. She struggle to fight against the Star Conflict who attacking Touhou Galaxy and murder her big sister, Tsukasa Hiiragi and later Kagami Hiiragi. Because of her design is very resemble to Kagami, she was given with nickname "Kagami Jr. Hiiragi".

Kotori was design to resemble as Kanade Tachibana from Angel Beats! as she has many resemble from her such as using blade weapon, being title as Angel of the Gamalaticania, has multiple of her clone who appear to be hostile to anyone, as well as disappear in the end which Rinne admit that she love her.
Her character is voiced by Ayana Taketatsu since 2021 which also voice actor to Kotori Itsuka in Date A Live. Prior her character change, the old Kotori is voice by Asami Imai from 2016 until 2021 who is also voice actor for Noire from Hyperdimension Neptunia which was a traditional voice actor in Touhou Galaxy Project alongside Kana Hanasawa.
Kotori Hatsumi is very controversial character in Touhou Galaxy Project especially her real name "Kasami Hiiragi" due to subject of ABM harassment in since 2017 until 2019 which several ABM topic often to portrayal her as evil dictator of Imperial Japan and Nazi Germany which use as their excuse to harass TGP Author. Despite this, TGP Author never kill-off this character unlike Matt Furie who kill-off his notorious character, Pepe the Frog after being use for alt-right and hate group.
After introduction of Sakura Hana, she was temporary renamed to Kotori Hatsumi since 2019 to avoid ABM harassment until she was finally renamed back to her older name in 2029. Until then, her old name still remain as part of reference name. However, even she will roll back to her original name "Kasami Hiiragi", her newer name still use as part of character family.
Design
The official design was inspired by her original character, Kagami Hiiragi who was use as placeholder character at the beginning of her creation in Memory of Kagami prototype prior before replaced by now formerly appearance, Kotori Itsuka whose her name was later adopted to this character. The character design was also mixed with a protagonist from Mieruko-chan, as this character design have three multiple hair style are polytail, twintail and long hair.
Prior to March 2016. Kotori appearance is using her original design, Kagami Hiiragi as placeholder character. Since then, her appearance is using a Date A Live character, Kotori Itsuka which originally plan for Memory of Kagami prototype until November 2016 where she was replaced by then-now former appearance Ultradimension Noire, a character from Hyperdimension Neptunia series which have been used from November 2016 until December 2021 where she was replaced by second appearance once more until August 12, 2022, which affected the older media that already use her apperance with Tsukara Hatsumi as well.

• Kotori often say word like "Bird" when rally the people to support the Gamalatica which hint that Kotori is a Gekino Bird.
• Kotori can defeat an Abomon starfighter by throwing a sword at them.
• Kotori is only character who appear in every episode of Touhou Galaxy Project since her debut in Memory of Kagami (2016) alongside with Rio. She however, didn't appear in original Blanec's Lowee Empire episode.
• Kotori is only person who Gekino Bird twice while she was young, she have see them again in Death of Lady Rema Yoshimizu.
• Kotori has most bath scene appearance in Touhou Galaxy Project, 52 in total which more than Tomoya who has 39 scene and Rinne who has 37 scene. All of Kotori's bath scene are involve with bathtub.
