The Koscon Special Pact (KSP), or simply known as Koscon Pact or Nill William's Military Force, simply know as The Pact was the irregular special force of the Against the Blanec Movement that independent from Abomon Militia, and private military company that loyal to Nill William. It was the original military arms that formed prior the official military wing of Against the Blanec Movement, Abomon Militia.
