Lady Blanec was Gamalatican female goddess of the Lowee Empire following the fall of Interstellar Federation and death of Kagami Hiiragi to the Star Conflict hand in Great Universe War.

Behind the Scene
General
Blanec was introduction to the Touhou Galaxy Project at the first time as Touhou Galaxy Project was created. She is the original protagonist of her story of Blanec's Lowee Empire. She was based on Hyperdimension Neptunia character, Blanc with Ultradimension counterpart.

Her name "Blanec" is also used by canon character known as Chiyuki Heiwa, her name is also used by the a group that later become the infamous cyberbullying online group known as "Against the Blanec Movement".

Nana Yoshimizu from Reisen Naka series also based from this character.

Trivia
- Blanec is only protagonist that has no bath scene unlike most of TGP protagonist has.
