Hyperdimension Neptunia: Touhou Galaxy Project, or later known as Hyperdimension Neptunia: Touhou Galaxy Project - Blanec's Lowee Empire or Blanec's Lowee Empire for short was a first episode and the entire series of Hyperdimension Neptunia: Touhou Galaxy Project. The story is focus on the protagonist "Blanec", the Princess of the fallen nation known as Interstellar Federation that fall apart in the Great Universe War along with death of Princess Kagami Hiiragi, as she become the Empress of the new empire known as Lowee Empire and lead the new empire to defend against all foe who want to destroy this peaceful galaxy.
