The story is focus on the protagonist "Blanec", the Princess of the fallen nation known as Interstellar Federation that fall apart in the Great Universe War along with death of Princess Kagami Hiiragi, as she become the Empress of the new empire known as Lowee Empire and lead the new empire to defend against all foe who want to destroy this peaceful galaxy.

Following the remake of this episode. This original version is no longer canon in this continuity.
