The Ryoo Interstellar Academy, also known as Ryoo Interstellar School Complex was a public academy located in Tomoyatania. The academy was list as one of the best and largest academy in the Gamalatica galaxy as it's open to all species across the galaxy (except for Abomon) to study the Gamalatica. Their subject were largely teaching Gamalaticania language and culture, as well as magic technique. Several Gamalatican high-level job such as Senators, Shiho and several Galactic Department such as Strategic Defense, Magic and Intelligence require teaching from this academy, but not mandatory.

 It was original open as Neppon school in previous world since G.C. 1952 known as Ryoo High School. The school have face the financial issue since G.C. 2020 which potential to close down this school, but save by Kotori, Mayu, Tsukara and her music club member by raising the popular and support of this school through music with big concert on this academy until one of ABM member have start the massacre that kill more than thousand of student and teacher. The school building was collapsed due to fire and it was officially closed down in G.C. 2022 by Against the Blanec Movement who want to making another satire topic for their online content and mark any survivors of this massacre as terrorist.
