The Ryoo Interstellar Academy was a public academy located in Chiyuki. The academy was list as best academy in the Touhou galaxy.

 Open since G.C. 1952 until it was closed down in G.C. 2008 following Ryoo school massacre by Star Conflict prior before the Star Conflict Invasion over Touhou Galaxy.

 The school still remain intact as an ruin along with a monument that build after the massacre. The school is known in the Zombie movie as "Koei-zumi Senior High School".
