The Ryoo Interstellar Academy was a public high school located in Chiyuki. The academy was list as best academy in the Touhou galaxy.

 Open since G.C. 1952 until it was closed down in G.C. 2008 following Ryoo school massacre by Star Conflict prior before Star Conflict Invasion over Touhou Galaxy.
