Lady Haru Katsumi, formerly known as Harusu Katsumi, known in her product serial number as Harusu-039-001-A was Garamita female android operator and head of state of Gamalaticania Alliance created by Gamalatica's Secret Division known as XJM Project under as part of "Harusu Project", an artificial intelligence android project made of unique organic material that capable to transform into a Guardian Characters. She is one of thousand clone of Harusu that fought in the secret operation against the Abomon and Against the Blanec Movement that send into ABM stronghold, Koscon. Many of her that fought in the operation alongside with her was killed by Abomon in their inhuman ways. She don't have any order rather than following the command that given by XJM Project without know by Galactic Federation of Gamalatica.

This clone was save by Lady Rinne and her friend in war against the Abomon and the Against the Blanec Movement, she is only clone that saw the truth horror of the XJM Project that done to her fellow clone and the Harusu Project. She start to rebel against XJM Project as want to free and live as normal person like her friend, as well as free her other clone. She was given new name as Harusu Katsumi by Tsukara who like her appear.
