The God of the Gamalaticania, formerly known as Lady Rinne Yoshimizu was Gamalatican female god of the Gamalaticania Universe. Prior before her death from mortal world, she is a 16-year old student of Tomoeda Academy class 2-4 from Tomokyo, Neppon. She is the second victim of Nill William after Kotori's death at his hand that eventually leading to creation of Against the Blanec Movement out of Kotori's suicide, leading many chaotic event to be created within her mind.
At her deed in mortal world, she have prevented many people from committing suicide after they have been affected by harassment from cyberbullying online group on the internet that often to make them as an online shaming and doxxing. Despite her success from help many people from the online threat. She however, failed to save her childhood friend, Kasami Hiiragi from committing suicide after she was harassing by Nill William who making an online group known as "Against the Blanec Movement" that created after her name and her novel that she made which cause her to succumb to her depression and begin target getting more harass by Nill William and his member group that cause her heartbroken and attempt to committing suicide several time which lead her to fake entire world as Gamalaticania Universe based on Kotori's novel.
Despite her mental illness. She able to find her courage and escape the fake world of Gamalaticania Universe she created. She track down and find the admin of the ABM group who response for Kotori's death. Despite her apologize and forgiveness on his action, she decide to kill him cause he refuse on her wish to say anything to heal her mental wound. Causing her became more depression.
She died in the Tomokyo Grand Hospital in year 2022 after losing too much blood from a car accident when a truck is crashing into her. She never regret anything she done because she want everyone to be happy and cheerful. Her last wish before dying is wish to be a god and create a new world of Gamalaticania Universe that serve as her world in the afterlife where everyone can live in this world a happy place. However, she is waiting to see Kotori again even the connection is lost forever and she is no longer see Kotori in her eye. After Rinne create a new universe, the humanity world is once again reduce to ruble.

Name
"Rinne Yoshimizu? That is not my name anymore, Rinne Yoshimizu is dead. She died because of YOU. You will only called me 'God of The Gamalaticania' from now and I'm not crazy because this is what unique people are.... unlike normal people who act insane to a cringe and modern day."

Her official name is Goddess of the Gamalaticania in both Previous world and the Gamalaticania. Her former name was Rinne Yoshimizu whose of Imperial House of Yoshimizu who is no longer exist in this world after Nill William have murder her. Prior before her death by Nill William, she want to keep her family name "Yoshimizu" away from the accident, only to be called "Rinne". Her name is known to be repeat cycle of birth due to she have been died and face same Déjà vu.
Rema and Kanade often called Rinne "Oldest Greater Grandmother" which she view her being oldest person despite she meet her in same age or younger than her.
Appearance
Rinne is fair-skinned and light brown eye. She have a short light pink hair that tied up in a braid. She have a cup of A, height at 152 centimeter.
She generally worn a black Tomoeda winter school uniform with a big cap, and white Tomoeda summer school uniform, she also worn a brown school shoe, a white bra and underpants.
Age
Rinne is 16 year old at the time that she attempt to committing suicide in P.E. 2017. Her age never grow up since her suicide attempt. She was killed by Kotori for over four trillion time, given her lifespan over 6517 year to each her 4,584,067,856,339 death by her.
She's real death was year 2022 at 21-year old. At this point, she is now full adult.
Weapon and Ability
Rinne is, however. She never used any weapon to fight against the Abomon more than her own diary, A Dream of Aiko. She also using a kitchen knife to defend herself from Nill William which lead her to stab one of his eye.
Rinne have ability to create a new universe through power of Aiko's A Dream of Aiko ability which only for protect against damaging the Gamalaticania Universe. She also serve as Heart of the Gamalaticania Universe.
Another ability that she has was able to reset the timeline after she was killed.
Relationship
Rinne and Kotori were childhood friend since she was Kasami. She and Kotori have good relationship and share their story to making A Dream of Aiko where she draw a cover for book while Kotori wrote the story.
It was reveal that Kotori was a person that she can't save from suicide and she is the main reason of rise of the Against the Blanec Movement group and the her hostility toward Nill William who response for Kotori's death.
After Rinne find about the truth of her death, she was enraged and attack Rinne which result in Rinne get decapitate by her childhood friend multiple time as she fear that Kotori has been corrupted.
Shido/Shidori
First meet with Shido is far back as childhood, there before Rinne have move away from old town to start new life. She eventually meet him again in 8 year later.
As older sister, Rinne like Aiko and her diary.
Rinne view her as her older sister and her future daughter. She will protect Rio's love from any Abomon bullies who want to see her cry.
Rinne view Tomoya as best friend who experience with terrible life from the bullies, unknown to Rinne. Tomoya is actually a character based on Rinne's imagine that she wrote in A Dream of Aiko.
As the admin of the Against the Blanec Movement. Rinne view him as her true enemy due to his action for mocking her family and her is not acceptable, she is heartbroken after find out that he rape Kotori which result in her to commiting suicide. It was reveal that she did meet him back in 2016. Her relation with him was torn apart because of Kotori's death, and start to become a hostile each other since then despite he still claim to be her friend.
Although she apologize everything he did to her or Kotori. Nill Willam however, refuse to apologize her and Kotori which result in his demise by Rinne's hand.
Behind the Scene
General
Rinne Yoshimizu was introduction to the Touhou Galaxy Project in the first episode as unnamed sister mentioned by Aiko that she have a little sister. At first glance, she was rumour to be Kuon Yoshimizu (吉水クオン, Yoshimizu Kuon), a character from Kotori continuity who was Aiko's younger sister and she also have same birthday as the character. She was officially introduction in Episode 2 of Rinne Somnium as main protagonist of the series from this episode until Death of Lady Rema Yoshimizu. She is Rio's mother, and she is part of Imperial House of Yoshimizu. "Rinne Yoshimizu" was use as TGP Author's pen name since 2015 which based on Rinne Sonogami (園神凛祢 Sonogami Rinne), a character from Date A Live: Rinne Utopia. Her character also have similarly to Angel Beats! protagonist, Yuzuru Otonashi because her amnesia, as well as caring personality that she doesn't want anyone to be suffer and she would suffer if she lost one of her important friend like Kotori. As well as Higurashi: When They Cry protagonist, Rika Furude whose can't remember how she died and who kill her. Her death also reset the timeline and the world as she can't pass the year of 6517 and 9717, and each if she died by the hand of Nill William cause a mass hysteria across the galaxy and lead to the universe to destruction which is hint within the name of "Galaxy of Peace and Chaos".
