The Third Global Conflict is one of major key element in reboot series of Touhou Galaxy Project. The war is first mentioned in God of The Gamalatica when Tomoya has punished Nill William to chaos world where one of his meme anger entire world which result in nuclear war that destroy the world.
The war has little mentioned throughout the series until the first debut in Death of Lady Rema Yoshimizu that entire world is fight against ABM which entire member has turn into monster that fight against their common enemy, "The Different" which is social intolerance, cancel culture and empathy which entire world reject them, the meme that entire world was anger is actually Kotori Hatsumi's death which show alongside with her being sexual assault by Nill William and his ABM group.
Originally, TGP Author make this war as "Anti-Isekai" since most of main character who die from old world that being destroy by nuclear war would make the story into a post-apocalyptic instead of Isekai.
Although the conflict was appear for current canon. After Chiyome has mentioned that it happen to other world as well, this was officially appear in older continuity as well.
