The Goddess of The Gamalaticania, formerly known as Lady Rio Yoshimizu was Gamalatican female goddess of the Gamalaticania Universe and the princess of the Galactic Federation of Gamalatica who create a Gamalaticania Universe using her mother's diary: A Dream of Aiko in order to save her mother: Rinne from being murdered by Nill William who would later create a cyberbullying online group that would corrupt everything and herself will not be born. She is a student of Tomoeda Academy, Guardian of the Gamalaticania Universe, and the victim of the Against the Blanec Movement cyberbullying online group.
In reality, she is a 12 year old guardian character from Tomokyo, Neppon born in G.C. 2017 and she is only Rinne's daughter who witness of her mother's death by hanging herself in G.C. 2017 after she was killed by Nill William, causing her start to fade away. In order to save her mother from death, she have using her power transfer all power of A Dream of Aiko to her mother which result in creation of Gamalaticania Universe, the afterlife world that separated from reality that would help Rinne survive from her death and guide her mother to fulfill this afterlife world before everything is fade away. She have given her name as one of Rinne's character created from her own diary: Aiko Yoshimizu and create a fake memories about her death in a car accident.

Name
Rio's real name is known as Rio Yoshimizu, as she is part of Yoshimizu family. She also name herself as one of Rinne's deceased sister "Aiko" to hide her real name away from everyone including Rinne and Yoshimizu bloodline to not tell her the truth that she is part of her family. However, Aiko isn't real and she only exist as one of Rinne's diary.

After she have born and knowning that her mother have died, she stop called her own name and called herself as "Goddess of The Gamalaticania".
Appearance
She generally worn a lavish pinkish-red dress with a gold emblem on the center and the large robe that reachs her feet. She also worn a gold-pinkish shoe and a dark stocking, a white bra and underpants. She also worn a Tomoeda school uniform much like her mother Rinne except that she still wear a bow on top of her head instead of Tomoeda school cap like most of Tomoeda student.
At one point. She also worn a Combat Realizer Unit, a suit that use by most of Alpha Force Unit, she still keep the CR-unit.
Age
Rio is 12 year old and she have lifespan of 4,805,353,528,708 year old. She never get old or grow up.
Behavior and Habit
"I slice all people body apart and I enjoy to have these body part in my bathtub because I like to see my bathtub fill with pink water. I don't know why everyone see them as red, but I don't care, I like to be that way and I enjoy to bathe it..... if you dare to bullying my diary."

Rio was appeared to be kind and cheerful person and willing to support everyone to accomplish their wish. Although Rio was appeared to be 12-year old, she is very adult in her mind since she is already a 22-year old. Rio also love to find her most important thing and willing to share to her mother to see her success.
Rio also love to naked at bathtub, hot spring and swimming pool and never shy when has people around it even a male person as she has to calm herself from all chaos, she face especially see Rinne being decapitated multiple time by Kotori and Nill William.
Despite her kindness and cheerful. She enjoy to dismembered people apart for defaced her diary and love it when she have these body part at her bathtub when she take a bath as she see with a pink water on her bathtub despite everyone see as red blood water. However, this is only by Ram's point of view as she attempt to defaced her diary after she defaced many Blanc's book.
Weapon and Ability
Rio never used any weapon to fight more than a wish and love. Her real weapon is depend on Rinne's diary "A Dream of Aiko" which capable of create and destroy at same time. There is one known weapon that she used is her wish which capable to make anyone stronger, or weaker. She can't be killed by any Abomon more than Nill William, this also happen with Rinne.
Rio's ability is create a new universe such as one with Gamalaticania Universe and two alternate counterpart. However, the universe is incomplete and it require the "most" important thing to repair the universe, otherwise will be break apart and everything will be destroy. She also have ability to travel through these alternate dimension less than second.
Relationship
As her father, she love him and always take care of her happiness.
As her mother, she always like her to be happy as herself in this afterlife world, she will do anything to protect her from any threat especially from the cyberbullying online group.
Despite she never have relationship with him, she is already don't like him for bullying her mother. Her relationship with him became serious problem when she find out that he is the one who murdering her mother that will also cause her to not be born as well.

General
Rio Yoshimizu is the one of major character since she was introduction to the Touhou Galaxy Project in 22 October 2017. She was based on Hyperdimension Neptunia character, Blanc (ブラン, Buran) with Cardcaptor Sakura's Tomoeda school uniform. At the end of God of The Gamalatica, the character was later appear as Rio Sonogami (園神凜緒 Sonogami Rio), a character from Date A Live: Rio Reincarnation. Her name "Rio" was given at the climax of A Dream of Aiko spoken by Rinne Yoshimizu, prior before this episode, she was always herself as Aiko. She appear as protagonist in A Dream of Aiko.
The character was first introduction in Kotori continuity as Aiko Yoshimizu, sole survivors member of Yoshimizu family after her entire family was massacre by Star Conflict in G.C. 2008 during Invasion of Tomoya. She have abandoned her family name: Yoshimizu because of she don't have any family left and because of she don't want to given her family name to the public which until she have passed away near the end of Birth of Lady Tomoya Dinogi.

"Aiko" was named after Corpse Party character "Aiko Niwa" which she and Niwa have shared same name from this character.
