Lady Tsukara Hatsumi was Chiyukitalian female commander of the Gamalatica Federation Defense Fleet. Prior before born to the Gamalatica, she is a student of Ryoo Academy class 3-4 and part of Kotori's music club who want to save her school from close down, and she is the victim of Against the Blanec Movement.
She is a 14-year old girl from Tomokyo, Neppon born in G.C. 2008 and she is youngest member of Hatsumi family after Mayu, Kotora and Kotori. She is Ryoo Academy student of class representative of 3-4 who study in junior school. She and Mayu have support and help Kotori and her music club to save her school from close down. After one of Kotori's music club member have commiting suicide after harassment by cyberbullying online group known as Against the Blanec Movement, they have plan to harass on her and her sister by mocking Kotori's music club is raise a money to support the terrorist. She don't like the ABM's action since they were harsh on her sister who view them as threat to their free world.
She have been face on these bullies for many time include with using her mother's name as a person that behind the terrorist attack on Taungmar or hacking her online account and used it to scam the other user which lead many report on her account, but she proven her innocent by claim of her account was hijacked. Although she would see her sister Mayu being moved away from Ryoo following new school have adopted her. Mayu will be transfer after Kotori's concert in her school have end until one of ABM member have launch the Ryoo School Massacre that leave thousand of deaths that almost got her and her sister killed by that ABM member.
After the massacre, she and Kotori have stop Mayu from commit suicide following her fault for the massacre as the ABM gonna threaten to kill her family just like they did in Ryoo, She, Mayu and Kotori have meet another victim of ABM name "Tomoya" and prevent her from commit suicide. However, the remain of ABM online member from the Ryoo Massacre have show up. She have able to escape the fight but her sister were lock up and watching Tomoya commit suicide if they kill her cat, but Tomoya choose to sacrifice herself to save her cat that ending her life. Her sister were free from them and managed to kill one of them until one of her sister was shot to death by Dif-right supporter Olso Klafficer, and later shot Mayu until she have died next day following loss too much blood and willing to not live to this world after see her little sister and Tomoya's death.
She was last survivors of Hatsumi family following massacre on her family caused by Olso Klafficer and his Against the Blanec Movement storm on them, as they have called the Neppon Police to arrested him and his online group member who kill Kotori and Mayu. Afterward, she don't have anything left include her family and her school was destroy in massacre. She attempt to commit suicide after she was haunted down by ABM member by hanging herself after she was target by these ABM harassment until she was save by Tomoya's brother "Toya".
She, Toya and Rinne (and Aiko) were killed by (alongside with) Olso Klafficer in the fight who want to end their life for mess up with him.
After she have reborn to the afterlife world as humanoid Chiyukitalian were she was born as lastest member of Hatsumi family. She have become a Naval Commander to the Galactic Federation of Gamalatica's Navy in secretly until Olso Klafficer and his Against the Blanec Movement have return to havoc and massive invasion on Galactic Federation of Gamalatica. She have command on one of most powerful warship in the Gamalatica, Rinne-class Star Dreadnought "CCSS Yoshimizu".

Overview
Name
Her name is simply called Tsukara which only few people especially her friend always known her name while general populance in the Gamalatica generally called her as Lady Tsukara. Her full name is Tsukara Hatsumi and she is known by her friend as "Hi-chan". Most of ABM online community have given her name as a "Klutz Kid".
Behavior and Habit
Tsukara is very tsundere much like her sister Kotori. Although she is very kind in her normal life or with her good friend. But when she is command in the starship was show with aggressive and very serious especially when the ship is set in tactical territory mode against the enemy ship. She is good at commanding a big warship like Rinne-class Star Dreadnought and she is tactical genius and fair game. But this leading the Abomon to using unfair ways to get rid of her such as using raid tactic against her ship more than ship-to-ship battle.
Age
Although Tsukara's physical and mental age is 14 year old girl. But her lifespan is over 2,000 year since she was born as she never old or died in old age. Although she was born in G.C. 2008 and she would be 22 year old in G.C. 2030. But since Kotori's death have making her age not change since that event.

General
Tsukara Hatsumi was introduction to the Touhou Galaxy Project under original name of Tsukasa Hiiragi (柊つかさ, Hiiragi Tsukasa), named after one of Hiiragi family member in Lucky Star. She was youngest in Hiiragi family until Blanec as who have died in Star Conflict Invasion of Touhou Galaxy as in Kotori canon have reveal that she was killed by William Georcas by sacrifice herself in order to save Kotori. She was being name as Tsukasa Hiiragi in both Blanec and Kotori canon until she was reintroduction in new canon as "Tsukara Hatsumi", unlike both previous appearance, this character is appear to be Goddess instead of Human.
