Lady Mayu Hatsumi was Chiyukitalian female who lead the Empire of Gamalatica and later Galactic Federation of Gamalatica under the Empress of the Gamalatica. Prior before she was born to the Gamalatica, she is a student of Ryoo Academy class 2-9 and part of Kotori's music club member who want to save her school from close down, and she is the victim of the Against the Blanec Movement.
She is a 16-year old girl from Tomokyo, Neppon born in G.C. 2006 in Hatsumi family and she is oldest sister of Kotora, Kotori and Tsukara. She is Ryoo Academy student council vice president and class representative of 2-9 who study in same class as Kotori. She and Tsukara have support and help Kotori and her music club to save her school from close down. After one of Kotori's music club member have commiting suicide after harassment by cyberbullying online group known as Against the Blanec Movement, they have plan to harass on her and her sister by mocking Kotori's music club is raise a money to support the terrorist. As she response with the ABM that she never scare to them which leading several harassment from them.
She have been face on these bullies for many time include with using her mother's name as a person that behind the terrorist attack on Taungmar or hacking her online account and used it to hacking the FCA global service which leading the Federal Countries black agent storm to arrested her, but she prove her innocent because of Neppon Government helping her. Although she would moved away from Ryoo following new school have adopted her. She will be transfer after Kotori's concert in her school have end until one of ABM member have launch the Ryoo School Massacre that leave thousand of deaths that almost got her sister killed by one of ABM member.
Although she have survive from the massacre, but she can't handle her life after she was shot by the killer and loss too much blood following her sacrifice to save Kotori from the shooter. Kotori have promise that the ABM online group will perish by their own karma before she have passed away at front of everyone in Ryoo Academy that just collapsed in fire. Before she have passed away, she have ask Kotori and Tsukara to meet another victim of ABM name "Tomoya" and prevent her from commit suicide. However, the remain of ABM online member from the Ryoo Massacre have show up. Kotori and Tsukara were lock up and watching Tomoya commit suicide if they kill her cat, but Tomoya choose to sacrifice herself to save her cat that ending her life. Kotori and Tsukara were free from them and managed to kill one of them was Flame Compon by throw him into a wall, there were his body was shred into a piece. Kotori was shot to death by Dif-right supporter Olso Klafficer after she have save Tsukara from other ABM online member, there she will no more to threat him, soon her family were massacre after they attempt to call a police to arrested him and his online group, leave only Tsukara only last member of Hatsumi family to seek a revenge on the ABM.
At near the end of Third Global Conflict were Nill William who obsessed with his karma that he done before he was called by her who is know a spirits before he became insanely and jump to his death.

Name
"Mayu? Mayuuu Mayuuu!! You are such a foolish girl. I play a fair game, unlike you."
Her name is simply called Mayu which only few people especially her friend always known her name while general populance in the Gamalatica generally called her as Lady Mayuri. Her full name is Mayu Hatsumi. Most of ABM online community have given her name as a "Death by Wall" by Flame Compon in their online group that refer to a girl who have similar first name to her who died in haunted school from crush into a wall, blow into a piece.
Appearance
Mayu is pale-skinned and she have big red eye like most of Hatsumi family, she have a black pigtails hair held by two white ribbon. She have cup of B, height at 157 centimeter and her bust is 77, waist is 55 and hip is 80.
She generally worn a white sailor fuku with her Interstellar Party ID card and black skirt, she is only student of Ryoo Academy who never worn a standard Ryoo school uniform unlike Kotori and Tsukara. She also worn a black shoe, a white socks and white undershirt and underpants.
Behavior and Habit
Mayu is very innocent girl in both outside and inside. She is very kind with big heart and always sad if she were losing something or have people fight each other. She always help people from bullies and various harassment although she have old memory of her life being bullied by her rival, at some point were she was locked herself from being bullied in a lockers. Although anyone view her being stronger person, but she in reality is fairly weak and get weaker without her friend especially in bad situation.

Although Mayu's physical and mental age is 15 year old girl. But her lifespan is over 2,000 year since she was born as she never old or died in old age.
Weapon and Ability.
Mayu have weapon skill in one-handed beam sword fight which she have primary weapon called 'Mikirezasodo' laser sword and she also have secondary weapon is 'KMP-7' one-handed KX-blaster submachine gun.
She also have 'L.I.N. Bombardment' abilty that summoned a multiple warship to fire at enemy target.

Kotori and her is going well. As the second sister in the her family and strongest person that help her from many ABM harassment, she want to give some reward to her in return. Although she can't do well to protect Kotori from ABM harassment, she have did her best until her last breath after she have sacrifice herself to save Kotori who is endanger from ABM shooter in the school massacre. Her death making Kotori have cry for being a weak person.
Tsukara
Tsukara and her have good relation, although she is oldest sister than Tsukara who is youngest member of her family. She always help Tsukara in her mission to save her school from close down with various mission that given by her. Although Tsukara is kindly tsundere, but her relation with Mayu is quite good.

Although she don't have any relationship with Flame Compon, but he have already in her attention. As he don't like her name because he have a experience of using a internet meme related to "Mayu" name to the person that died from a wall and he want to see her did like the victim that died from a wall.

Her relationship with Nill William is extremely hostile due to his harassment on her and force her to died despite his relationship with her is very friendly and like all his entertains.

General
Mayu Hatsumi was introduction to the Touhou Galaxy Project under original name of Miki Hiiragi (柊みき, Hiiragi Miki), named after one of Hiiragi family member in Lucky Star. She was mother in Hiiragi family who have died since she was give a birth to Blanec. She was being name as Miki Hiiragi in both Blanec and Kotori canon until she was reintroduction into the new canon under the new name of "Mayu Hatsumi".
Her original character apperance was to be Hyperdimension version of Noire until she was re-introduction again with Sega Saturn from Sega Hard Girls and Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls. Unlike Sega Saturn who have different eye color, she have red iris in both eye. Although she is still refer as Miki Hiiragi in the scripts, but her role as Hatsumi mother was take over by Miki Hatsumi who share same name as old version of herself in Blanec canon. Mayu is the co-protagonist in third episode of Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos: Memory of Kagami. Her original death was decapitated and put her head to the flag in Ryoo Academy while rest of her body was dismembered.
According to creator, she and Kotori (or Miki and Kasami) is the character was target of using hate speech meme by that 'real life' ABM online group the most since 2017 until 2019 result change the name from Miki and Kasami to Mayu and Kotori. Also, the ABM's using of these character as hate speech meme is also as part of story of Memory of Kagami as who (and Tsukara) was target by Against the Blanec Movement by the most, but they have survive until they have put a deadly card against them.
Name of "Mayu"
Much like Kotori who have similar letter and original name as Kasami. Mayu was named after old version of Miki that come with similar letter. Her name was introduction after appearance of Sakura Hana which named after Corpse Party character "Mayu Suzumoto", there are several reference to this character include with behavior, general appearance and connection such as she will be transfer to new school following her family have move out and have a lover who name "Shig". There is also the alternate name of this character called "Mayu Hatsumoto" that come with a school uniform that similar to this character. Also, Mayu's original death in Memory of Kagami episode is meant to have same with this character, but since this will not make sense if Kotori and Tsukara want to revenge on ABM group.
