Kotoristation was a entertainment/talk show channel opreated by Royal House of Hatsumi for Interstellar Federation and their main channel is a talk show from Hatsumi family sister such as Kagami, Tsukasa or even Kotori herself, as well as some part of news. The Kotoristation is the most popular channel in the Touhou galaxy, and it's rival to Federation News Network who is the second popular channel in the galaxy.
