Neptune (ネプテューヌ, Neputūnu), also known as Purple Heart (パープルハート, Pāpuru Hāto), was Gamindustrian female ruler of the Planeptune nation and she is the counterpart of Sakura Hana of Gamalatica galaxy. She has terrible ruling the nation before soon turn into a full scale civil war between her and her younger sister.
She has first visit on Gamalatican's homeworld, Goldia during G.C. 12XX (which their Gamindustrian timeline is G.C. 2013) who saw the Gamalatican is still at medieval civilization.
Neptune became the first person in the Gamalatica history to receiving a death penalty from Gamalaticania Alliance by Lady Kanade's order following the Gamindustrian army have committed a massacre on Tachibana District on Goldia cause Kanade's daughter, Luna slowly dying after impale by her sword. However, she is not yet have been executed.
