Galaxy of Peace and Chaos: Blanec's Lowee Empire, or simply known as Blanec's Lowee Empire. Initially name as Blanec's Lowee Empire NewBook for short was a revision story of first entry of Touhou Galaxy Project episoide: Blanec's Lowee Empire and the story is preceded by Goodbye Rinne. The story is focus on the protagonist "Nana" in her time as student president in new academy, Grand Kunstlerina Academy while defend herself, students and the school from Against the Blanec Movement's full scale assault on Goldia.

Set in the Reimaging Blanec continuity's Gamalaticania Universe known as "Reisen Naka" which officially the true separation of original Touhou Galaxy Project stories and this revision.

Despite many change, this episode is not consider a reboot series despite the story being set within Reisen Naka and its Blanec continuity as both Memory of Kagami and God of The Gamalatica episode story are reboot of perspective continuity. While being part of Blanec continuity, it has several element from Reimaging Kotori continuity such as Gamalaticania Alliance, Goldia and character with canon name and because every media that release after April 29, 2019. This revision story falls to Reimaging Kotori continuity.
