Lady Kanade's Project Isla: Blanec's Lowee Empire, or simply known as Blanec's Lowee Empire. Initially name as Blanec's Lowee Empire NewBook for short was a remake version of first entry of Touhou Galaxy Project episoide: Blanec's Lowee Empire. The story is focus on the protagonist "Nana" in her time as student president in new academy, Grand Kunstlerina Academy.

Unlike the original version of this episode, the remake version is a psychological horror science fantasy slice of life rather than over the top action science fantasy.

The remake will update the original Blanec's Lowee Empire plot and antagonist replacement such as Against the Blanec Movement will be replace Neutral Alliance which is officially declare them as non-canon in all continuity. Because of this, this remake is not consider a reboot series since both Memory of Kagami and God of The Gamalatica are reboot of perspective continuity and because every media that release after April 29, 2019. This remake falls to Reimaging Kotori continuity.
