Galaxy of Peace and Chaos: Blanec's Lowee Empire, or simply known as Blanec's Lowee Empire. Initially name as Blanec's Lowee Empire NewBook for short was a revision story of first entry of Touhou Galaxy Project episoide: Blanec's Lowee Empire. The story is focus on the main protagonist "Nana" in her time as student president in new academy, Grand Kunstlerina Academy while defend herself, students and the school from Against the Blanec Movement's full scale assault on Goldia where she and the group of student also must protect the Hanasawa Princess and Shrine Maiden, "Shidori" from ABM attack.

Set in the Reimaging Blanec continuity's Gamalaticania Universe known as "Reisen Naka" which officially the true separation of original Touhou Galaxy Project stories and this revision.

Overall

Haruto, a student of Grand Kunstlerina Academy is doing his study time before his teacher, Tamura introduce a transfer student, Nana Yoshimizu. As year passed by, the transfer student has become the student president in the final year of school class. As the academy organize a school fastival that heir of Hanasawa Empire, Princess Shidori will attend this fastival along with Gamalaticania Government Official, Sakura Hana and Alpha Force Guardian, Ringo Niwa. As well as Kibori Tachibana, a student from Tomoeda Academy, Tsukara from University of Tomokyo, and Karu, a Gamita from Harusu Project.
