Galaxy of Peace and Chaos: Blanec's Lowee Empire, or simply known as Blanec's Lowee Empire. Initially name as Blanec's Lowee Empire NewBook for short was a revision story of first entry of Touhou Galaxy Project episoide: Blanec's Lowee Empire and the story is preceded by Goodbye Rinne. The story is focus on the main protagonist "Nana" in her time as student president in new academy, Grand Kunstlerina Academy while defend herself, students and the school from Against the Blanec Movement's full scale assault on Goldia.

Set in the Reimaging Blanec continuity's Gamalaticania Universe known as "Reisen Naka" which officially the true separation of original Touhou Galaxy Project stories and this revision.
