She is a student of Tomoeda Academy who wish to become a Federal President of the Gamalaticania Alliance, and she also a victim to the Against the Blanec Movement cyberbullying online group as part of Rinne's traumatizing legacy.

Luna Eventyr was introduction for Afterlife Expanding as Princess of Rozenmarina Kingdom. She was first appearance in Touhou Galaxy Project spin-off series, Project Isla. She (along with the newer Rema and newer Kotori Hatsumi) were the first character that created by author of this series using Project YAMA.
Prior before she was given to name, Luna. She was originally to be Kawa Yoshimizu and part of Yoshimizu family.
