Since Blanec's Lowee Empire was debut with Against the Blanec Movement as primary antagonist. The Neutral Alliance was declare non-canon for entire continuity with exception of Blanec continuity. Nonetheless, TGP Author still keep them appear in every Touhou Galaxy Project episode regardless.
