The Rinne Yoshimizu Plum Flower, official known as Imperial Seal of Tomoyatalian Empire, or shortly Plum Flower. It's official family seal of Yoshimizu family and the government emblem of the Tomoyatalian Empire and early year of Interstellar Federation as symbol of life and the peace of the Touhou Galaxy.

The Plum Flower was adopted into Yoshimizu family for many generation of Yoshimizu since the ancient time of Tomoyatalian Empire and it's adopted into the Tomoyatalian Empire from B.G.C. 46XX until G.C. 1954 which replaced by Gekino Bird symbol.

The "Gekino Bird" is named after Tomoyatalian mythological bird that native in the Tomoya. Many people in the Gamalatica simply called as Bird.

The Gekino Bird was adopted by Interstellar Federation as government seal in G.C. 1954. It's was the symbol of peace, freedom and unite as federation. The Gekino Bird seal have been show to the galaxy as peaceful government for the Interstellar Federation.

The ABM government have order this symbol to be prohibited in public and shot everyone who have rally with this symbol on sight along with anyone with Gekino Bird and Kiiro no Hana. The Plum Flower were later used by both Empire of Gamalatica , Free People Alliance of Gamalatica, and later Gamalaticania Alliance.
