The Federal Countries (FC), also known as Federal Countries of Vespuccas (FCV) or simply known as Federal or Vespuccas is a 47-state country that once existed on Previous World. Play as major role against the Federal People's Republic of Chengu and their alliance alongside with unofficial alliance of Against the Blanec Movement and the Dif-Right since Duculas Taskmaster became a president that resulting in Second War of Ideologies before the country have break up result by Third Global Conflict which perish the Federal Countries along with rest of the world.

 The Federal Countries was originally a federal constitutional republic with 4-year terms president as head of state of the nation that formed since G.C. 1917 following the series of First Global Conflict which result by Vespuccas Civil War from Queen's Kingdom. The Federal have a series of conflict with the Chengu and Neppon since end of Second Global Conflict after Federal Bomber 'Ebora Gray' have drop a Heavy Water on Neppon city of Hiiragana and Nakashima and occupation Chengu's island 'Taungmar' that result in First War of Ideologies. Since Blando Kevin become a Federal President in G.C. 2008 saw the good relation with Chengu and Neppon for the first time since end of Second Global Conflict which lead the free trade in both countries, as well as return Taungmar to Chengu. However, Blando's policy left the Federal Countries vulnerable to their market to the countries and G.C. 2009 green pig virus outbreak on Federal's neighborhood, United Triple State was result in rise of Dif-Right and many far-right wing whose against Blando's policy and his action which resulting in 2016 Federal election bought a new tension to the Federal Countries and rest of the world after Duculas Taskmaster become a president as his policy brought a tension between the Chengu and Neppon once more, and launch an invasion and occupation Taungmar in May G.C. 2017. 4 year since Duculas become a president in G.C. 2017, his presidency popular were drop and he would not win in 2020 Federal election, he order the creation of fake news of Abomonovirus to be a weapon create by Chengu to force people to stay at home policy, however. Many people who opposite to the president find out to be a lie that used to keep him as a president and after Neppon student was brutally killed by one of Federal Police order by the president saw a massive protest over the states that opposite to him which lead a suppression over the states at late G.C. 2020. After the suppression, most of federal election always result in victory of Duculas Taskmaster and he still remain as Federal president for more than 19 year. However, this action is result in Second Vespuccas Civil War after the Federal Countries have involve with Ryoo School Massacre.

 Following the outbreak of Third Global Conflict, the Federal Countries were split into two country result by Second Vespuccas Civil War are "North Vespuccas" here is opposite to Duculas Taskmaster and one "South Vespuccas" that loyal to Duculas Taskmaster.

Chengu, also known as Federal People's Republic of Chengu (FPRC) is a country that once existed in Previous World. Play as major superpower role against the Federal Countries of Vespuccas and the Agaisnt the Blanec Movement that result in Third Global Conflict.

Following the mass protest and massacre in year 1989 that result in million death of protestor. The Chengu people were successful overthrown the military government and the new democratic Chengu government were install, this event have make the country rapid grown in economic, technology and culture that surpass the Vespuccas in 1990s and became a world superpower in 2000s.

One of Chengu island state, Taungmar was a puppet state by Federal Countries following the invasion and occupation in year 2017 which cripple their entire economic and their microship industries.

The Third Global Conflict (PE 2039 - 2045/B.G.C. 6997961 - B.G.C. 6997955), also known as War over Kasami Hiiragi's Death. Known in ABM online community as Great Liberation, or simply as Global Conflict III, TGC, 3th GC or GCIII, and notorious "international law" is the one of most disastrous conflict in the Previous World history, as well as biggest ABM harassment on this planet which caused by Nill William for posting a online topic that enraged the Chengu Government after he put a seal and leader into a hate speech meme which he is the one that behind Kasami's death and many people that commit suicide by the Against the Blanec Movement group.

The war launch after Chiyome Heiwa, the survivor of ABM harassment have using Kasami's death that she took from ABM server as warned message the world leader that ABM has launch their follower who is now turn into Abomon which unleashed their expression that become a major threat across the world.

 The Third Global Conflict was end with downfall of humanity by Atomilizer at the hand of Chiyome who regret of her action of see human suffer has render entire Previous world into a wasteland.

The Daigikai Building, also known as Grand Parliament, Second Daigikai Building and Galactic Parliament of Midgar, Isla and Gamalaticania Alliance Government is a massive legislative and executive building in the Government district of Goldia that serve as seat of every major Gamalatica Government. It's the largest structure in the Goldia after Imperial Palace of Hana that capable to house a large number of representatives. The designers claim that building is capable to stand against multiple explosive and only powerful weapon that capable to destroying entire planet can destroy this building.

The Daigikai was built in year 4,003 to replaced old Daigikai building. Since the Daigikai building was built, it became a main priority target for Gamalatica's enemy especially Against the Blanec Movement which cause the core building to be heavily damaged by explodes and later turn into a military camp just like other Gamalatica government building before the building was retake by Gamalatica and serve as main base of operation to fight against Abomon force in this planet. The second damage was come in G.C. 6517 where the Fourth Realm have launch the attack on the Tomokyo. The building were completely destroy in the attack.

The building is also use as special meeting place both Isla Government and the Midgar Government who originally use Royal Midgar Parliament as their primary meeting.

The building once again under attack by Gamindustrian in their second attack as Daigikai building and the Government District is located near the Tachibana District that their invasion point is start. The dome is beyond to repair due to heavily attack from the combat.
