The Daigikai Building, also known as Grand Parliament, Second Daigikai Building and Galactic Parliament of Midgar, Isla and Gamalaticania Alliance Government is a massive legislative and executive building in the Government district of Goldia that serve as seat of every major Gamalatica Government. It's the largest structure in the Goldia after Imperial Palace of Hana that capable to house a large number of representatives. The designers claim that building is capable to stand against multiple explosive and only powerful weapon that capable to destroying entire planet can destroy this building.

The Daigikai was built in year 4,003 to replaced old Daigikai building. Since the Daigikai building was built, it became a main priority target for Gamalatica's enemy especially Against the Blanec Movement which cause the core building to be heavily damaged by explodes and later turn into a military camp just like other Gamalatica government building before the building was retake by Gamalatica and serve as main base of operation to fight against Abomon force in this planet. The second damage was come in G.C. 6517 where the Fourth Realm have launch the attack on the Tomokyo. The building were completely destroy in the attack.

The building is also use as special meeting place both Isla Government and the Midgar Government who originally use Royal Midgar Parliament as their primary meeting.

The building once again under attack by Gamindustrian in their second attack as Daigikai building and the Government District is located near the Tachibana District that their invasion point is start. The dome is beyond to repair due to heavily attack from the combat.

The Daigikai, also known as Gamalatica Government and known in their nickname Heart of the Gamalatica was the bicameral legislative branch of the Heinasawa Kingdom, Empire of Gamalatica, and later Galactic Federation of Gamalatica that located in Goldia. Their main duties is to maintain the peace between the star system, nation and culture within the Gamalatica galaxy. The Daigikai was lead by two parties are centre-left Interstellar Party and centre-right Galactica Party with extra party centre Democratica Party.

 During the time of Abomon and the Against the Blanec Movement take over the Daigikai Building. They have turn the Gamalatica Government into their purpet with only 2 senators are Mayu and Sakura and 2 HoR are Kotori and Midori were lead the Gamalatica Government against the Abomon's National Civil Party and their corruption mulit parties.

Following the Destruction of Sonogami System, the Daigikai, Shiho and along with many government agecies were dissolve after large number of senator of GFG member were submit to the Fourth Realm which given full power to the head of state control the Gamalatican government.
