Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos Episode V: Great Tomoyatalian Empire, simply known as Great Tomoyatalian Empire was a fifth and the first canon episode of Supergalactica Neptunia's "Rinne's Fantasia" act. The story is focus on the new story of the Gamalatica galaxy following the new timeline is established.

The story is a sequel to A Dream of Aiko set around the new timeline of Gamalaticania Universe in G.C. 6508 following Rinne's sacrifice to save Rio and become the Goddess of The Gamalaticania and hold a new duty to protect the galaxy.

Synopsis
Overall
After the defeat of Against the Blanec Movement in First Final Gamalaticania War. The timeline is reset, and previous event is nothing happen, carrying over the legacy of the old universe to this new world. However, Nill William is still alive after his confrontation against his enemy, Rinne Yoshimizu.

In the new timeline, the Gamalaticania Alliance control the galaxy in this timeline to secure the peace of this galaxy from all threat. Rinne's great grandchildren, Rema have found a long lost Rinne's untold story that Rio has left before her disappear from this world to watch above the universe.

As the new threat is coming. Lady Rema has prepared for the new project to save the galaxy known as "Kotoura Project", a secret project to secure the timeline from another destruction cause by Nill William after he kill Rinne. To prevent the destruction, a new warship known as CCSS Matsuzaka, the highly advanced modified Matsusaka-class Star Dreadnought have launch into the space, start a new generation of adventure that no one have gone before.

Kotora (琴浦, Kotoura), also known as Kotora Hatsumi (初美琴浦, Hatsumi Kotoura) was Chiyukitalian student of Ryoo Academy. Prior before born to the Gamalatica, she is a student of Ryoo Academy class 6-2 and she is younger sister of Mayu, younger twin sister of Kotori and older sister of Tsukara, and she is the victim of Against the Blanec Movement.

Kotora have two color eye unlike most of Hatsumi family member whose are always red eye.

General
Kotora Hatsumi was introduction at the beginning as name of Kagami Hiiragi (柊かがみ, Hiiragi Kagami) named after one of Hiiragi family member in Lucky Star. She was first appear in original Memory of Kagami as the deuteragonist who is the Princess of the Federation. She was not appear or mention in the official canon until spin-off Great Tomoyatalian Empire were she was known in her current name of Kotora Hatsumi or known in Japanese as Kotoura Hatsumi, although her old name "Kagami Hiiragi" still adopted as part of reference name.

She appear in the Great Tomoyatalian Empire as protagonist alongside with Rema.

The Great Rocsell Disaster, originally known as Rocsell Incident was the name given to the massive explode occur in the Previous World. The explodes was came from the Charlie Jerries's Experiment known as "Experimental X-01" give to Olso Klafficer, the infamous soldier of Watchmatch. The explodes have kill near billion of people which wipeout the countless of countries that located in the explodes.

The disaster was end with creation of Olso Klafficer's new form. But the side-effect of the explodes is turn the victim whose survive the explode hatch egg which given a birth of Gamalatican species who were come from other dimension.

Alexandria, also known as Tomokyo in old timeline was the capital city of Midgar of the Midgar Kingdom. Located in the west landmass of Midgar which surrounded by grassland, mountain, ocean and urban have around 2561 level. The city were famous for important location such as Daigikai Building, Ryoo Interstellar Academy and much of Midgaran government building were located there. Prior the development of ecumenopolis stages, the city is still a medieval-style structure.

The level 1 of Alexandria is the deepest level of the underworld city that contain the oldest building which however, its inhospitable due to mass amount of garbage from upper level.
