Lady Kanade Yoshimizu was Gamalatican female teacher of Ryoo Interstellar Academy who later become a governor of Goldia, a capital planet of Kingdom of Isla, and later the Federal President of the Gamalaticania Alliance, and she also a victim to the Against the Blanec Movement cyberbullying online group as part of Rinne's traumatizing legacy.
She have talent and ability to leap to another Gamalaticania Universe, both intact and destroyed. She also rule entire government of Gamalaticania Alliance following the Tachibana District attack by Gamindustrian invader, refering her title as Kogo "Galactic Empress" of the Gamalaticania Alliance.
She is Luna's mother and saw the prediction of her daughter's death. She willing to do anything to save her daughter's life even do unthinkinable that will cause a major trouble for the galaxy and the universe.
Both Gamalatican government and media describe her as most powerful person in Gamalatica galaxy thanks to her decisive action to response multiple problem in the Gamalaticania Alliance.

Kanade Yoshimizu was introduction to the Touhou Galaxy Project spin-off series, Tale of Goldia as unseen protagonist who act as viewer's point of view on Luna behind the scene. She is a central protagonist of the entire Project Isla series. Although she is a female character, TGP Author often made her look like a typical male protagonist in visual novel as she never appear in the front scene and rarely speak except for introduction.
The character design is heavily resemble to Kanade Tachibana from Angel Beats! such as name and appearance. She will be voice by Kana Hanazawa as part of Touhou Galaxy Project traditional. However, unlike Kanade Tachibana (which Kotori Hatsumi have) has no similar ability and title that she (or Kotori) has other than Hand Sonic.
Her, Luna and Allicia's character appearance in Touhou Galaxy Project has been dub as "Neptunia killer" since Project Isla remove most of Neptunia element from the series. She also lead the Gamalaticania Alliance to assault on Gamindustri to apprehend the murder. Both Arfoire and Rei Ryghts already develop a hatred on her even never heard about her before even arrive to Gamindustri.
