The Hanasawa Empire is the unified Midgaran government in Katsura region located on the east side of Midgar mainland that connect to west region of Noel, Dia region on northern and Sahal region on southern. The Hanasawa Empire is the largest nation on Midgar and being rival in power of Kingdom of Midgar, as well as the origin of Sonogami religion that dominated over the Midgar. Hanasawa Empire has three client state are Ringo Kingdom, Kingdom of Kok Mai and Mandala State each located on island.

Ruling by two major Hanasawa noble family, Imperial House of Dainougi and Imperial House of Yoshimizu. The Hanasawa Empire is a Theocratic-like absolute monarchy where the heir apparent is the head of Sonogami religion. By the time of Queen Isla's reign, the Hanasawa Empire under Empress Sonomi of Dainouji has form their own space government of Sonogami Empire after their first colony on planet Mikoyon.

Despite the foundation of Sonogami Empire which form their new capital on planet Mikoyon, the Hanasawa Empire still retain their original capital and country on Midgar along with Kingdom of Midgar who later ruling the Kingdom of Isla.

Its largest galactic community have ever seen in the history of guardian character civilization.

Following the incident at Burand Diamond. Princess Shidori, now Empress of the Hanasawa Empire who has trauma at the complex and conflict with Nana and her Academy Defense Force has take control the Daigikai and transform into Gamalaticania Empire with overwhelming support to wiped out entire Abomon state from existence with Section 39 as Abomon's second populated planet was wiped in mere seconds. As horror of Operation Byfond Dolphin was issue on Centralgendar. The ABM force has responded to this operation by lauched their terrorists attack on the parliament and held Empress Shidori and majority government member hostage. The Gamalaticania Empire plot has fall following the destruction of Daigikai Building and the surrender of Great Abomon State.

Gamalaticania Alliance is stood for over 52,000 year since their formed in G.C. 6517 until the government was destroyed by the Gamindustrian invader following the Tachibana District Massacre.

After the battle, the Gamalaticania Alliance Remnants was formed as independent organization although no galactic nation have ever attempt to rejoin the GA due to antimidgaran and rise of other galactic superpower.

The Kingdom of Midgar, officially known as United Kingdom of Midgar Nation, commonly known as Midgar Kingdom, Celia Government, and Twelve Kingdom is the Midgaran government in Celia region of planet Midgar. The Midgar Kingdom (and their Isla Kingdom) is second powerful nation on Midgar after Hanasawa Empire. The kingdom's govern system was feudal system with several royal and noble house control on each land "fiefdom" with largest kingdom being Alexandria Kingdom, the Kingdom of Aschem and Holy Empire of Belgram. Ruling by twelve noble family from each kingdom were Crosstrovia Royal Family, Aschen Royal Family and Imperial Belgram Family were three among most powerful and influence noble family in the Celia region.

Founded by Queen Claire of Crosstrovia Royal Family in G.C. 1942 following the end of Great Celia War which saw a unification of several Celia nation into one giant kingdom which survive many countless of war and conflict by the Gamindustrian and others.

The Kingdom of Midgar has been broke up into multiple kingdom for two time by Gamindustri in G.C. 2501 and G.C. 52517 where the original kingdom was break away from the Midgar Kingdom due to unable to maintain the safety of the planet.
