Rinne was a ecumenopolis planet located near Tomoyatania. It was first Gamalatican colony and the main capital of both Kingdom of Sonogami and the Galactic Federation of Gamalatica since the government have formed. It's ecumenopolis planet that dominated by Gamalatican species.

It's take over 200 year prior before G.C. 65XX to become a fully ecumenopolis, but the planet itself still have large remain of glassland, ocean or even cold place.

The Against the Blanec Movement have powered the Koscon's true power with Great Mind Trick fuel the Sonogami's star, Satoshi into a supernova which destroy this planet along with this system, killed more than trillions lives. Although the ABM would thinking that other nation will see this as an example of suppressed the rebelion and weak nation would succumb to the ABM dictatorship. However, entire galaxy is anger at ABM, result in the ultimated war that people all of the galaxy have unite to defeat the common foe with Gamalatica.

As the continuities of Hyperdimension Neptunia: Touhou Galaxy Project, there are 3 continuity have existed in the Touhou Galaxy Project. One is official Touhou Galaxy Project continuity "Reimaging Kotori", the former official TGP continuity "Kotori" and old TGP continuity "Blanec". As the Touhou Galaxy Project have separated story that officially exist in different timeline and universe. All 3 continuity doesn't affect each other's story.

To understand what is different between these 3 article continuity with same name (or similar). Look at the Neutral Alliance for example: In official continuity, the Neutral Alliance was a Stardoor military alliance formed as part of Invasion of Gamalatica galaxy against the Gamalaticania Alliance. In Kotori continuity, the Neutral Alliance was a Stardoor military alliance that join side with Star Conflict's Lucas's Alliance and fight against Interstellar Federation. In Blanec continuity, the Neutral Alliance was a Stardoor military alliance that found for wage war against Lowee Empire's Treaty of Hiiragi. But since the those two is no longer considered as canon, there are no reason to apply the story of Kotori continuity of Neutral Alliance into the canon version of Neutral Alliance unless the new source is applied on this. This is the reason why there are multiple page to not confuse the story and the setting.

Some of article such as Mayu Hatsumi who is oldest sister of Hatsumi family is known in some of continuity as Miki Hiiragi who was Hatsumi mother, or Interstellar Federation that official canon is known as Galactic Federation of Gamalatica. Some of event such as Ryoo School massacre is the massacre that occur in Ryoo Academy that in Blanec and Kotori canon is executed by Star Conflict, but it's executed by Against the Blanec Movement in official canon.

General

The Reimaging Kotori Continuity (Rinne continuity) was set begin on April 28, 2019. Declare the preivous official canon "Kotori continuity" as non-canon. Start with God of The Gamalatica as first media of this canon. The different of Blanec and Kotori canon is most of main character such as Tomoya, Kotori, or Blanec were brought back to canon. Although the major of stuff like Tomoyatalian Empire which have been appear from both Kotori and Blanec canon was brought back to canon as Empire of Gamalatica and it's near identical to old counterpart include with Tomoya is the founder of the empire, and Abomon invasion that brought the end of peaceful era of Gamalatica is similarly to Star Conflict invasion that end the peaceful era of Tomoyatalian Empire.

What is considered official canon?

Touhou Galaxy Project always given the character and few important material always appear in the canon. Every material that made after April 28, 2019, will always an official canon unless there is reason. Any material that appear in old canon of official canon such as Lady Rema meet a new brand character in Kotori canon that are never appear in Kotori canon will stay in canon catalogue, not Kotori canon unless some explain and exception.

Any material that appear since April 28, 2019, is considered canon, but there is exception:

- Major character: such as Tomoya, Aiko, Kotori and Mayu were some of original character like Kotori and Mayu were known as (Kasami and Miki).

- Major government, faction and organization: such as Empire of Gamalatica, Galactic Federation of Gamalatica, Neutral Alliance, Lucas's Alliance and XJM Project.

- Major key event: such as Great Mind Trick, Ryoo School Massacre and End of Peaceful Era.

Which official canon material will affected the old continuity?

Generally, the official canon material will never affect the old continuity if material that already introduction in that continuity such as Sakura Hana will be kept in that continuity and will be reused in the official canon while some character like Miki Hiiragi who was introduction into canon as Mayu Hatsumi will stay in that canon.

However, there is some of official canon material were use for old continuity were Gamalaticania language is the great example, and countries name of Previous world which Jonathan O'Neill from old canon being United States Air Force is replaced by Federal Countries Air Force, as well as the universe. Most of spaceship that using fusion weapon is also replaced by Firaxus weapon. The main enemy, Star Conflict is replaced by Against the Blanec Movement entirely and change from being outside galaxy is replaced to somewhere outside the Heinasawa sector. The Star Conflict, however, still reference to old but replaced this storyline. Gamalatican Firaxus and Kiraxus term of energy weapon is replaced Fusion and Kinetic in old continuity.

Any material that are not mentioned in any Blanec or Kotori continuity such as Heinasawa Sector were first appear in canon were Goldia/Chiyuki was located will be used to all 3 continuity. Some media that already establish the fact such as "Ryoo School Massacre" which first appear in Kotori continuity which originally report 213 casualties in the attack is no longer canon after the Rinne continuity have establish a new report that this school massacre have more 3,000 casualties in the attack which make Kotori continuity version of Ryoo School Massacre to have more than 3,000 casualties.

First Private Brando Jackson, known in his short name Black Jack was Abomon male first private from Abomon Tactical Force "Fantastic" who is ABM Dogord operator during the war against Gamalatica. Prior before he was sent to the Gamalatica, he is the top member of infamous Against the Blanec Movement online group who commit a lese majesty on King of Smilyaland, one of SEATO member in one of his ABM topic that cause many people anger about the ABM group. He is the one of perpetrator on the Ryoo School Massacre that result in death of Mayu and more than 3,000 deaths of student, teacher and everyone at the Kotori's concert. His motive is nothing but internet meme and the Against the Blanec Movement. He was killed by one of Ryoo School Massacre victim: Kotori who have impale him into iron wall after he fatal shot Mayu. He later shot by Kotori by his gun as act as revenge for the death of her sister and Ryoo school victims. She later shoot all Fact News crew with his gun after they expose the position of police and rescuer for the prepetrator when they attempt to storm the school and kill the perpetrator.

Against the Blanec Movement

The Against the Blanec Movement have several infamous topic that post by several online member in this group. Most of ABM topic are posted by Nill William and Olso Klafficer. Most of their topic were largely involve with harassment on the victim as part of their "Lore of Guns, a Satire, a Parody, a Fair Use" because of they don't need to have permission from the victim for their name as they can put these name as they wish without have to care the victim. Most of these victim were cast as evil person or antagonist while they cast their online member as a good guy to defeat the bad guy, and most of victim were 100% not from the ABM or their sub online group. Many of topic were related to current event of that period.

Although not many people were know about these topic were real more than a fictional. As the ABM claim that most of victim that they harassment were not exist and rather than a fictional character, and he claim that some victim's name in their topic such as Tomoya and Mayu that exist in real life is just a coincidentally.

The Ryoo School Massacre. Known in ABM online community topic as Another Day in the Middle of School and the code name "Final Operation" in last operation of Against the Blanec Movement and Lew Eawanis's Operation: Carbine for simply nothing but internet meme, and caused by Mayu and her friend who never give up to their harassment on her following their online group have put Kotori's music club supporting the school as supporting the guns and terrorist and one of her friend have commit suicide because of this online group.

It's one of most deadliest school shooting in the previous world history as more than 3,000 student and teacher of Ryoo Academy were killed by one of ABM online member shooter name "Black Jack" who infamously known for insult the one of head of states of Smilyaland, one of SEATO member in their ABM post. The massacre end with ABM tactical victory for murder many student, teacher and everyone in the school and death of Mayu. But fail in strategic due to kill Kotori and Tsukara, the perpetrator have been killed in action, as well as one of Federal Countries's Fact News Camera Drone is also shot down by Midori which increase the tension between the Federal Countries and Chengu, and Neppon as Neppon and Chengu blamed the Federal Countries on their Fact News for given a advantage for the shooter who using Fact News's camera drone to cover every move of their military during assault on the shooter, while Federal Countries attempt to excuse their action by blamed on Neppon's Alpha Force for shot down a camera drone during a massacre which is a restricted of free media.

This battle is also the last day of Mayu before transfer to new school. After Mayu's death, the ABM have decided to stop harass other Hatsumi family as they have found another victim that contain a novel that she have made with.
