Touhou Galaxy Project Revision, also known as Reimaging Blanec Continuity, Fourth continuity or by it's official name "Reisen Naka" (零戦-中, Zero Battle - Medium.) in Universe. Any media that release in since 28 May 2025 is consider to be part of this continuity.

There is known 3 media in this continuity is the Goodbye Rinne short story, The Introduction and the main episode of revision of Blanec's Lowee Empire (REISEN), and two plan episode are Path of the Obstacle (BYFOND), and Wheel of Prophecies (SHIROHA), and three plan short story are My Little Shido-Ri, Ritual at Hanasawa Palace and Shrine Maiden's Prophecy. All Project Isla material such as Luna Eventyr that exist within Afterlife Expanding story is also canon within TGP continuity.

Reisen continuity readopted the Blanec continuity as mainline story and expanding into much longer story. Unlike most of other TGP continuity, this continuity have strong mature content such as sexual content, nudity and violence scene, as well as highly action, fight and battle much like older Blanec's Lowee Empire episode, as well as retain some drama story element from Reimaging Kotori Continuity especially on Shidori side of story.

After Goodbye Rinne debut, this continuity along with other two were merged together. This continuity is the fourth continuity and the lastet continuity of Touhou Galaxy Project.

As TGP Author explain, this is the final continuity of the series where there is no more new continuity or story beyond this part.

Project Isla

The Project Isla was a multimedia series that shared all material across the Yoshimizu Castle media series, mainly Touhou Galaxy Project and Afterlife Expanding series.

The goal of this project is to establish the proper continuity of single timeline where all media can share same material despite different continuity and series. The first episode to be consider to be part of Project Isla is Death of Lady Rema Yoshimizu and later Afterlife Expanding and Touhou Galaxy Project's Reisen Naka series.

All known material that appear all series are including character Luna Eventyr, Tamura Hon and Princess Shidori. The location such as Grand Kunstlerina Academy, Burand Diamond, etc.

Official Touhou Galaxy Project chronological universe

Blanec Continuity -> Kotori Continuity -> Reimaging Kotori Continuity -> Reimaging Blanec Continuity

As the continuities of Touhou Galaxy Project, there are 2 official continuity, and 4 universe have existed in the Touhou Galaxy Project. The official Touhou Galaxy Project continuity "Reimaging Kotori" and "Reimaging Blanec (Reisen)", and the former TGP continuity "Kotori" and "Blanec". As the Touhou Galaxy Project have separated story to different timeline and universe. All 4 universe story doesn't affect each other's story.

To understand the different between these 4 article continuity with same name (or similar). Look at the Neutral Alliance for example: In official continuity, the Neutral Alliance was a Stardoor military alliance formed as part of Invasion of Gamalatica galaxy against the Gamalaticania Alliance. In Reisen continuity, the Neutral Alliance was mentioned Shidori but may or may not related to Stardoor faction. In Kotori continuity, the Neutral Alliance was a Stardoor military alliance that join side with Star Conflict's Lucas's Alliance and fight against Interstellar Federation. In Blanec continuity, the Neutral Alliance was a Stardoor military alliance that found for wage war against Lowee Empire to end its Treaty of Hiiragi. But since both Kotori and Blanec continuity is no longer considered as canon, there are no reason to apply the story of Kotori continuity of Neutral Alliance into the canon version of Neutral Alliance unless the new source is applied on this. This is the reason why there are multiple page to not confuse the story and the setting of these universe.

Some of article such as Mayu Hatsumi who is Kotori's mother is known in some of continuity as Miki Hiiragi, or Interstellar Federation that official canon is known as Galactic Federation of Gamalatica. Some of event such as Ryoo School massacre is the massacre that occur in Ryoo Academy that in Blanec and Kotori continuity is executed by Star Conflict, but it's executed by Against the Blanec Movement in official canon.

In Goodbye Rinne, all continuity were confirmed to be connect as one continuity according to Kibori.

General

The Reimaging Kotori Continuity (formerly Rinne continuity) was set begin on April 28, 2019. Declare the previous official canon "Kotori continuity" as non-canon. Start with God of The Gamalatica as first media of this canon. The different of Blanec and Kotori canon is most of main character such as Tomoya, Kotori, or Blanec were brought back to canon. Although the major of stuff like Tomoyatalian Empire which have been appear from both Kotori and Blanec canon was brought back to canon as Empire of Gamalatica and it's near identical to old counterpart include with Tomoya is the founder of the empire, and Abomon invasion that brought the end of peaceful era of Gamalatica is similarly to Star Conflict invasion that end the peaceful era of Tomoyatalian Empire.

What is considered official canon?

Touhou Galaxy Project always given the character and few important material always appear in the canon. Every material that made after April 28, 2019, will always an official canon unless there is reason. Any material that appear in old canon of official canon such as Lady Rema meet a new brand character in Kotori canon that are never appear in Kotori canon will stay in canon catalogue, not Kotori canon unless some explain and exception.

Any material that appear since April 28, 2019, is considered canon, but there is exception:

- Major character: such as Tomoya, Aiko, Kotori and Mayu were some of original character like Kotori and Mayu were known as (Kasami and Miki).

- Major government, faction and organization: such as Empire of Gamalatica, Galactic Federation of Gamalatica, Neutral Alliance, Lucas's Alliance and XJM Project.

- Major key event: such as Great Mind Trick, Ryoo School Massacre and End of Peaceful Era.

Which official canon material will affected the old continuity?

Generally, the official canon material will never affect the old continuity if material that already introduction in that continuity such as Sakura Hana will be kept in that continuity and will be reused in the official canon while some character like Miki Hiiragi who was introduction into canon as Mayu Hatsumi will stay in that canon.

However, some of official canon material were use for old continuity were Gamalaticania language is the great example, and countries name of Previous world which Jonathan O'Neill from old canon being United States Air Force is replaced by Federal Countries Air Force, as well as the universe to avoid TGP Basic Rule: Section 3. Most of spaceship that using fusion weapon is also replaced by Firaxus weapon. The main enemy, Star Conflict is replaced by Against the Blanec Movement entirely and change from being outside galaxy is replaced to somewhere outside the Heinasawa sector. The Star Conflict, however, still reference to old but replaced this storyline. Gamalatican Firaxus and Kiraxus term of energy weapon is replaced Fusion and Kinetic in old continuity.

Any material that are not mentioned in any Blanec or Kotori continuity such as Heinasawa Sector were first appear in canon were Goldia/Chiyuki was located will be used to all 3 continuity. Some media that already establish the fact such as "Ryoo School Massacre" which first appear in Kotori continuity which originally report 213 casualties in the attack is no longer canon after the Rinne continuity have establish a new report that this school massacre have more 3,000 casualties in the attack which make Kotori continuity version of Ryoo School Massacre to have more than 3,000 casualties like in canon.

Blanec continuity

Touhou Galaxy Project old canon or Blanec continuity "Blanec", simply known as TGP OG canon, First Continuity or OG canon or by it's universe as "Negative One" for short is the story or material that considered to be first continuity of Hyperdimension Neptunia: Touhou Galaxy Project series prior before Kotori continuity. Any media that release in from start of the series to November 20, 2016 prior before Reisen Naka series is consider to be part of this continuity.

There is only 1 media in this continuity is "Blanec’s Lowee Empire". The remake version was part of Reisen Naka series.

After Goodbye Rinne debut, this continuity along with other two were merged together. This continuity is the first continuity of Touhou Galaxy Project.

Kotori continuity

Touhou Galaxy Project legends, also known as Kotori continuity "Kotori", Second continuity, or simply known as TGP legends or legends for short. Known by it's universe as "Koto Mura" (江東村 "Kōtō Mura", Koutou Villiage) is the story or material that considered to be previous continuity of Hyperdimension Neptunia: Touhou Galaxy Project series prior before Rinne continuity. Any media that release in from November 20, 2016, to April 28, 2019 is consider to be part of this continuity.

There is over 6 media in this continuity are 3 being mainline including with "Memory of Kagami", "Traveler from Beyond of Gamindustri", and "Birth of Lady Tomoya Dinogi". Another 3 media being a short story including with "Great Tomoyatalian Empire", "Ghost Mountain Frog", and "A Dream of Aiko". Birth of Lady Tomoya Dinogi is the only episode prior Rinne Somnium consider to be the first psychological horror episode.

Kotori continuity is being one of the most controversial continuity at that time due to given the rise of the ABM hate group that almost destroy the entire TGP Author’s reputation and the Touhou Galaxy Project media. Despite being no longer a canon, several Rinne continuity material and overall plot have inspired by this continuity which also cause some controversy as well due to ran out of content and extremely violence in that continuity.

After Goodbye Rinne debut, this continuity along with other two were merged together. This continuity is consider to be second continuity of Touhou Galaxy Project.

Reimaging Kotori continuity

Touhou Galaxy Project Original Continuity, officially known as Reimaging Kotori continuity "R-Kotori", Third continuity, known by it's universe as "Reva Hana" (レワ花, Reva Flower). Formerly known as Rinne continuity is the story or material that considered to be official canon of Touhou Galaxy Project series. Any Touhou Galaxy Project media that release from April 28, 2019 until May 28, 2025 after introduction of Reisen Naka is consider to be part of this continuity.

Reimaging Kotori continuity is a reimaging version of Kotori continuity which have simiarly story element and concept from original Kotori continuity but has heavily change to fits this new continuity.

There is over 18 media in this continuity are the Touhou Galaxy Project series "A Dream of Aiko series" including with "God of The Gamalatica", "Rinne Somnium", "Memory of Kagami" and "A Dream of Aiko". The sequel series "A Dream of Aiko and Rinne series" which including with "Great Tomoyatalian Empire", "Ghost Mountain Frog", "Traveler from Beyond of Gamindustri" and "Death of Lady Rema Yoshimizu". A short stories including with "Atomilizer", "Rema the Guardian Character", "Freedom of (Hate) Speech" and "Don't Touch my Diary". All Project Isla material such as Luna Eventyr that exist within Afterlife Expanding story is also canon within TGP continuity.

The Reimaging Kotori continuity is very controversial continuity at some point such as ABM admin demand of removing this continuity after he view himself and his online group being portrayed in this work as antagonist is defame to them, despite he claim that his defamation on TGP Author was a parody and satire.

After Goodbye Rinne debut, this continuity along with other two were merged together. This continuity is considered to be third continuity of Touhou Galaxy Project.
